GENERAL CONFIGURATION :
1° LAND : The 8 hectares of the property can be divided into 5 zones:
 The Park: several gasolines of trees, more than centenaries and for certain remarkable: the Cedar makes 3 meters in diameter and was probably planted with XVIIIe, a 15 height meters giant magniolia, chestnut trees and limes moreover de25 meters, with in edge a woodland very diversified with alternation of null and void and persistent species. It is in this space (more in height) that the buildings were built (a large house of Master, style gentilhommière, and commun runs). Supplemented by plantations of ornament, this park is particularly pleasant the summer, it offers very beautiful prospects on the landscape and the underwoods in proximity, it constitute one of the remarkable points of the property (approximately 2 hectares).
 The walnut tree have (approximately 1 hectare): about 25 walnut trees on a beautiful space in lawn below the house (with tennis).
 The meadow (approximately 2 hectares): ideal for horses (there is a built shelter, with arrival of water and electric fence ).
 Wood (approximately 3 hectares): they surround the property for half, a broad way of walk was created and crosses the underwoods of the house to tennis
 The orchard (2500 m2): behind the large swimming pool, closed there and entirely girdled large cypresses, one finds also a space covered for the arrangement of the material (tractors, mowers, 4X4,…), in the same way a plane surface used the summer in ground of volleyball.

2° CONSTRUCTIONS

 The principal house: Gentilhommière built probably fine XVIIIème (the low part is oldest), it was built on the rock, and in the highest part of the ground. Its initial owner held the whole of the hamlet of Floyrac with all the grounds in the neighbourhoods entrusted in tenant farming. It has also belonged to Pierre Renoir, whose wife lived many years there. The current house is composed in the following way:
